Welcome to Cabot Highlands, Cabot’s first UK property in its diverse collection of world-class golf and master-planned communities. Located in Inverness, Scotland, surrounded by the breathtaking Scottish Highlands, this celebrated property is woven into the fabric of the region’s rich golf history. Featuring a rugged natural landscape hugging the shoreline of the storied Moray Firth, this is a property worthy of Scotland’s “Home of Golf” prestige. From infinity edge greens to rumpled fairways, natural bunkers, and spectacular open views, golf at Cabot Highlands is best described as a throwback to golf as it once was. Previously known as Castle Stuart, the newly acquired Cabot property is home to the renowned 18-hole Castle Stuart Golf links, designed by Mark Parsinen and Gil Hanse. It also features a practice range, an art-deco inspired clubhouse, and the historic 17th century castle after which the golf course was named. While Castle Stuart Golf Links will remain unchanged, the property will expand with the build of a second golf course, Old Petty. Cabot Highlands will expand to combine jaw-dropping surroundings, world-class golf, select accommodations, exciting real estate opportunities and exceptional service.

Gil Hanse designed and pushing Kingsbarns hard for the moniker of the best modern built course in Scotland. Best described as a modern links owing to the running links design ethos of Bandon Dunes and Kingsbarns. Fairways are wide and forgiving, the greens however are some of the most challenging anywhere. Modern club house that is hard to fault, vistas from the panoramic third floor unmatched. Great view across the firth to Fort-rose, hard to keep your mind on the course given its location and scenery.
